Lightnin' Willie Masterclass

Come and join us for an exclusive 'evening with' and masterclass with Lightnin' Willie. Covering guitar playing, song writing, musical approaches and performance, Willie will be sharing his insights, plus anecdotes from life on the road.

Lightnin' Willie is a veteran bluesman with in excess of twenty years of touring experience. Originally from Dallas Texas he now resides in the Los Angeles area. Willie plays in a traditional blues format with traditional instrumentation i.e. guitar, keyboards, accordion, bass, drums, and horns.

We are ticketing the event to ensure a chance for everyone to speak to and learn from this master of his craft! Get your tickets by visiting the What's On section on our website, or picking them up from the pub. £15 per person for the two hour masterclass.

The session will include demonstration and participation: bring your acoustic or electric guitar if you would like to play and learn too. Don't play a note? You are still very much welcome to come and enjoy the music, banter and soaking up someone sharing their art!

Food Available on the night from our smokehouse, burger and pizza menu. We will be open from 7pm and the masterclass will start at 7.30pm, with an estimated finish of around 9.30pm. All ages welcome, although under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
